Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and ak441 ("Platform"). This document applies to all users who access or use the services provided by ak441, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and all other related services.

Account Registration

Deposits and Payments

ak441 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the name of the registered user only. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• ak441 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals

ak441 is committed to processing user withdrawals quickly and securely. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• The withdrawal processing period is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request has been submitted and verified.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, for security and compliance purposes.
• ak441 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or other supporting documents) before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests associated with a bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements will not be processed until the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt or one that does not comply with ak441's policies may be held for further review.

Bonuses and Promotions

ak441 offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

• Welcome Bonus: ak441 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 with an account balance of RM250, and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the total bonus received before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• As another example: a deposit of RM1,200 gives a bonus of RM888 with a balance of RM2,088, and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
• Bonuses cannot be used simultaneously. Each user may only have one active bonus offer at any one time.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is a serious violation of these terms.
• ak441 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules

All games on the ak441 platform operate using a certified random number generator (RNG), ensuring fair game outcomes that cannot be manipulated. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Game results recorded by the ak441 system are final. Any disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved based on system logs kept by the platform.

• The user fails to provide the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• The account is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other violations of the law.
• The user requests account closure on their own accord for responsible gambling reasons through the customer support channel.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance obtained through unauthorised means will not be returned. For voluntary account closures, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Limitation of Liability
